I didn't realize it at first, but "Toasted Whole Grain Oat" is essentially what the public refers to as "Cheerios"; i.e., this is the plain old, regular, original Cheerios.
Taste-wise it's kind of bland, so I usually add some fruit to it. Bananas work well, as do blueberries. It's moderately healthy, or at least it's not unhealthy. It does turn soggy quickly, so you have to eat it fast.
Solid cereal overall. I keep a box in my cabinet.
