Special K Vanilla Almond... little flakes swimming in the milk in your bowl and almost fresh almond chops toasted in honey... all relieved with a hint of vanilla, that's what I call having a bowl of heaven for breakast! The taste? Definitely 10/10 :D
Special K have a very sweet taste, for a special K brand the bad point is that it's a little bit high in sugar, but it's not a big problem because sugars in the morning aren't so harmful for your shape as you might have a long tiring day. On the other hand they are low in fats and calories, so for the nutrition I give them a 6/10.
However, they don't preserve their crisp when tossed into milk, so for the crunchiness I give a 5/10.
Finally, I give a 8/10 for this type of cereal! Try them with ice cold milk and fresh fruit, they are D-licious! But one advice: if you're watching your shape, don't go more than 40g a serving and don't be lazy all day!!! (okay I'm saying this cuz I'm a bit obsessed about diets :P )
